Sales manager in digital consulting

Our eight agencies within the MAI Group are based in Berlin, Cologne, Vienna, Munich, Hamburg, Augsburg and Paderborn.

• Actively acquire new customers in Strategy & Experience and Technology & Data, from initial outreach through to contract signing
• Sell design sprints, strategy workshops, and transformation and implementation projects at decision-maker level
• Design and facilitate workshops as part of complex pitches
• Activate and expand your network among potential customers and technology partners
• Develop proposals together with consulting, design and technology teams
• Lead contract negotiations through to completion
• Manage the pipeline and forecasting

• Please note that a work permit for the DACH region is required for this position.
• German - proficient (C2), English - proficient (C2)
• At least 6 years of sales experience in a strategy, digital or technology consultancy
• Deep conceptual understanding of UX/UI/CX, platform architectures and digital transformation
• Consultative selling and strong closing skills
• An existing, activatable network among potential customers and vendors
• Facilitation skills for workshops and complex pitches
• Very good German and proficient English skills
• Regular travel and on-site presence at our business unit locations (Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Vienna, Paderborn)
