Sales manager for lighting products

Brand R is a chain of lighting stores serving both retail customers and businesses. The company is looking for a Sales Manager. If you love communicating with people, can understand their needs, and do not wait for the customer to make the first move, this position is for you.

• Answer messages and calls received through online channels;
• Learn about customers' needs and help them choose suitable lighting;
• Proactively lead communication, ask the right questions, and offer relevant products;
• Follow up with interested customers and help them make a decision;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

• Be proactive and take initiative;
• Have good communication and listening skills;
• Be genuinely interested in customers' needs;
• Be attentive, responsible, and organized;
• Be able to see the sales process through to the end while making the customer feel comfortable.
• Experience is not required.

• We will teach you everything about lighting and the products on-site.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
• Compensation: a fixed amount plus a bonus (we have two models, which we will explain in detail during the interview).
