Are you ready to support national security, defense, and law enforcement agencies across Denmark and Norway with industry-leading Decision Intelligence?

Quantexa is undergoing a rapid expansion of its EMEA Public Sector Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Given the prevailing geopolitical landscape, there is an unprecedented focus on national security, secure data platforms, and border integrity. Following incredible reference cases across UK and EMEA we are looking to expand our presence across the Nordics.

As Sales Director, Defence & Security (Nordics), based in Denmark, you will drive business development efforts exclusively targeting defense, military, national security, intelligence, and law enforcement organizations in Denmark and Norway. This is a high-profile, strategic role requiring deep industry credibility, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to operate effectively within highly sensitive environments to replace outdated legacy software with sovereign, next-generation AI.

• Sector-Specific Strategy: Work with our EMEA Public Sector Vice-President, Prublic sector SMEs, Field Engineering and Technical and Delivery teams to define and execute a tailored GTM strategy for Nordic defense and law enforcement.
• High-Impact Deal Execution: Lead complex, multi-year, high-value software opportunities within the defense, policing, and border security verticals.
• Security & Defence Ecosystem: Cultivate and leverage trusted relationships with defense contractors, specialist consulting partners, and secure cloud platform providers.
• Consultative Storytelling: Educate and demonstrate how Quantexa’s Entity Resolution and AI platform can instantly surface hidden intelligence, criminal networks, and operational risks.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Mobilize and coordinate internal specialist resources (Field Engineers, Delivery Teams, and Product specialists) to successfully advance opportunities.

• Defence & Law Enforcement Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of operational requirements, intelligence workflows, and data security standards in military, policing, or national security frameworks.
• Security Clearance: You must either hold a current active national security clearance in Denmark or Norway, or possess the absolute willingness and capability to successfully achieve top-level clearance.
• Trusted Network: Existing relationships and credibility with senior decision-makers in the Danish and/or Norwegian Defence Ministries, Police forces, or National Security agencies.
• Enterprise Software Sales Record: Proven success selling complex, data-heavy, analytics, AI, or secure intelligence software solutions into defense or intelligence accounts.
• Resilience & Discretion: Exceptional commercial acumen, persistence, and ability to navigate complex, long-cycle, and highly secure procurement cycles.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Danish (or Norwegian) is essential, alongside professional English.
• Location: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Denmark (Copenhagen area).
