Sales development representative

We are looking for a high-energy, relentless Cold Calling Specialist to drive outbound outreach, prospect generation, and appointment setting. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role designed for someone who thrives on the phones, handles rejection with ease, and is motivated by uncapped bonus structures. If you have grit, high call stamina, and a strong drive to hit targets, this role offers a clear path to high earnings.

• Execute 70+ outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospective business clients.
• Engage decision-makers, uncover key business pain points, and qualify prospects using structured sales frameworks.
• Book qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the account executive team.
• Confidently navigate Gatekeepers, push past initial pushback, and turn cold interest into warm opportunities.
• Accurately track call outcomes, activity metrics, follow-ups, and prospect details in the CRM system.

• experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or high-volume sales outreach.
• Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and persuasive skills.
• Fluent in English
• Exceptional phone endurance, thick skin for rejection, and a competitive drive to exceed daily activity KPIs.
