задачи
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio
- Maintain regular communication with clients and build long-term relationships
- Retain clients and reduce client churn
- Develop existing client relationships and increase their engagement with the company
требования
- Previous experience as a Retention Manager in the Forex industry
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Serbian, Italian, French, or German
- A strong performance track record and consistent achievement of KPIs
- Solid CRM metrics, including activity, conversion, client retention, and other key performance indicators
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client-oriented approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 10–17% Performance-based commission
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
