EFES Insurance is a growing and trusted insurance company dedicated to providing reliable insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for ambitious, motivated, and customer-oriented professionals to join our Retail Sales team.

• Promote and sell insurance products to individual customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Clearly communicate insurance coverage, policy terms, benefits, and conditions.
• Manage policy renewals and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Armenian.
