• Organizational skills, as well as an analytical and goal-oriented approach, with an eye for what is feasible
• Confidence in negotiations at all hierarchical levels
• Very good English skills; a second foreign language is desirable
• A high level of initiative, commitment and willingness to travel, combined with enjoyment of customer contact
