Founding SDR Poland - Contractor

Open the doors of a brand-new market.

Pillar is the reference tool for construction SMEs in Italy, and Spain is already live from our Barcelona office. We're hiring one founding SDR for Poland. You'll be first in line to step up to an AE role or scale and lead the SDR team.

Why now

There are companies you join once everything's already built, and companies where you get in before that. Pillar is still the second kind. Specifically, for you:

- Poland is a blank page. You won't inherit a playbook — you'll write one.

- You'll be the first voice of Pillar that construction companies in Poland ever hear.

- You'll work close to the founders and watch a market entry get built from zero.

- A real path to grow. Promotions happen fast for those who earn them.

• Prospect construction companies by phone, WhatsApp and email, from lists you build yourself.
• Qualify every lead: is their real problem one Pillar can solve?
• Book demos and hand them to the AE with the context for a sharp first call.
• Own your pipeline and keep HubSpot accurate.
• Shape the playbook with what you hear on every call.

• Native Polish plus working English.
• 1–2 years in sales; SaaS or tech is a plus, and construction or field sales is just as interesting to us.
• At ease on the phone and good at reaching the decision maker, who is usually the owner and usually on site.
• Resilient: a "no" makes you want to make the next call.
• A problem solver, not a pusher. Construction buyers spot the difference in thirty seconds.
• Based in Warsaw, Milan or Barcelona

Don't tick every box? Apply anyway.

At Pillar we row in the same direction: if one of us speeds up, we all do. We're ambitious, and we raise the bar and take ownership as we go.

Pillar isn't for you if you want to be a mere executor, want clearly defined boundaries, are looking for already-perfect processes, a calm pace, or someone to tell you exactly what to do every day.

• A small, fast team where the distance between an idea and shipping it is short.
• Genuine autonomy and visibility — nobody here waits to be told what to do.
• Monthly total compensation (OTE): €3,500
• Freelance (B2B) contract, invoicing Pillar monthly
• Real ownership of Pillar's launch in your country, with direct access to leadership.
• A small, fast team where nobody waits to be told what to do.
• A real path to grow into an AE role for whoever earns it.
