Open new institutional segments, including OTC brokers, crypto funds, market makers, institutional traders, family offices, and large corporates
Deliver warm introductions into previously uncovered categories
Land first clients in new verticals and reduce dependence on payment-services revenue
Raise average margin by reaching higher-value client networks
требования
Senior BD experience in institutional crypto, such as OTC desks, prime brokers, or infrastructure serving institutional crypto
A proven track record of opening new segments from scratch, with personal relationships inside them
A wide institutional network across funds, market makers, brokers, family offices, and corporates
Deep product understanding, including markups and structuring; not a generalist
Strong LinkedIn presence and network
Motivation by performance and upside, not just a large fixed salary
Fluent English
