• Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate profiles and sharpen hiring standards as teams evolve;
• Introduce candidates to Perplexity by presenting an authentic and compelling story about its mission, product, and culture;
• Track and analyze pipeline data to improve sourcing strategy;
• Build recruiting tools where off-the-shelf solutions fall short;
• Adapt to shifting priorities, hard-to-fill roles, new pillars, and compressed timelines.

• 4 Years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience;
• Proven sourcing-first track record filling hard roles through outbound recruiting and talent mapping;
• Strong technical literacy and ability to hold credible conversations with senior engineers;
• Eagerness to adopt AI tools, automate workflows, and experiment with AI-enabled recruiting;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners;
• Curiosity, adaptability, iteration, and impact-oriented mindset aligned with Perplexity's ethos.
