Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and Fintech roles in the UK, applying structured recruitment methods across the full hiring cycle.
Hands-on experience with active sourcing and building strong talent pipelines through a variety of tools and channels.
A global mindset, with experience working in distributed teams across countries and cultures.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Fluent English is required to support communication in an international environment.
