Role Purpose

G-Research hires the best engineering talent in the world. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Engineering, you will identify, engage and hire exceptional Software Engineers.

You will own a creative, proactive engagement strategy across a genuinely hard to reach talent pool, spanning all levels of experience. That means mapping the market deeply, then building relationships through creative outreach across the world.

Internally, you will partner closely with Engineers & Hiring Managers to understand their needs and utilise their networks, adding to our world-class talent pool.

Who are we looking for?

• 4+ years’ experience recruiting hard to reach, top engineering talent
• Proven networking/business development experience
• Competent in market mapping and execution
• The ability to build strong relationships with candidates, the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and internal stakeholders
• Driven to succeed in a high performing environment
