Talent acquisition partner in international recruitment

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist, expert, and managerial positions.
• Manage around 10 recruitment projects simultaneously at different stages of the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and advise on talent acquisition strategies.
• Create and publish job ads and conduct sourcing activities using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Proactively reach candidates through direct search methods.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates' competencies.
• Build and develop talent networks in European markets.
• Ensure the highest level of candidate experience and timely communication with candidates.
• Co-create improvements and best practices in Talent Acquisition.

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience gained in an internal Talent Acquisition department, an RPO environment, or a recruitment agency.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a dynamic business environment.
• Practical experience recruiting for specialist, expert, and/or managerial positions.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2), enabling independent collaboration with international stakeholders and conducting recruitment processes in English.
• Experience in sourcing and direct search using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and provide effective recruitment advice.
• Independence, very good work organization, and the ability to set priorities.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and confidence using MS Office.
• Будет плюсом: Experience managing recruitment projects for specialist positions in foreign markets, e.g. in Romania, Lithuania, or other Central and Eastern European countries, is welcome
