Talent Acquisition Intern, Early Careers

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Function: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Internship Type: Undergraduate Placement

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team in Limerick.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for an undergraduate student to gain practical experience within a fast-paced, EMEA Talent Acquisition environment. You will support the team in delivering internship and graduate recruitment activity across EMEA, working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and other HR partners.

You will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, from managing applications and recruitment administration through to supporting offers, contracts and hiring activity.

• Supporting internship and graduate recruitment activity across EMEA.
• Using Workday to manage candidate applications and progress candidates through the recruitment process.
• Supporting the preparation and generation of employment contracts and associated recruitment documentation.
• Working with hiring managers across EMEA to support their internship and graduate vacancies.
• Supporting the administration and co-ordination of recruitment processes, including interview activity and candidate communications.
• Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition information within recruitment systems and trackers.
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with offer and pre-employment activities.
• Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Supporting reporting, tracking and general administration associated with Early Careers recruitment.
• Contributing to wider Early Careers initiatives and recruitment projects as required.

We are looking for a student who:

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals while developing the practical HR, communication, organisational and stakeholder-management skills that will support a future career in Human Resources.

You are someone who enjoys working with people but is equally comfortable working with systems. You are organised, curious and keen to gain experience in an international organisation.

You take pride in getting the details right and are enthusiastic about gaining practical experience in Talent Acquisition and Early Careers recruitment.
