Talent acquisition coordinator in financial services

Eden Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its in-house recruitment team. This is a varied role supporting both early careers and experienced-hire recruitment across EMEA and APAC. You'll coordinate everything from graduate programmes and assessment centres to senior-level interviews, working closely with hiring managers, candidates and Talent Acquisition colleagues internationally.

• Coordinate graduate, internship and experienced-hire recruitment across EMEA and APAC.
• Organise assessment centres, candidate events and complex interview schedules.
• Manage candidate communications, feedback and recruitment processes through to offer stage.
• Work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across international offices.
• Support recruitment reporting, systems and process improvement projects.

• Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition coordination, ideally within a busy in-house or agency environment.
• Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple interviews, stakeholders and priorities.
• A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• You don't need experience across both early careers and lateral recruitment.

• £45,000 salary plus excellent benefits.
