As a Recruitment Specialist, you are the first point of contact for the heroes of our business: our cleaning agents.

• Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings to evaluate candidate reliability, professionalism, and motivation
• Review daily inbound applications against quality and operational standards
• Verify work permits, legal documentation, background checks and right-to-work status
• Maintain candidate records in our ATS and coordinate seamless hand-offs your team

• Fluent German and English
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting, HR coordination, candidate screening, or customer-facing operations
• Proactive, organized, and energetic. Ability to stay engaged during back-to-back screening calls
