JetBrains creates developer tools that automate routine checks and corrections to speed up production and empower developers to create.

• Collaborate with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract candidates;
• Create and oversee a sourcing strategy;
• Build talent pools and pipelines by sourcing across different channels;
• Provide a positive recruitment experience with timely and transparent communication;
• Ensure data in the internal recruitment system is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• Share knowledge and market findings with colleagues.

• Proven experience in sourcing or talent research;
• Ability to communicate clearly and transparently with candidates throughout the hiring process;
• Driven to build long-term relationships with candidates;
• Experience creating sourcing strategies for different roles and multiple locations;
• Passion for identifying and engaging exceptional candidates with creativity and determination;
• Solid understanding of the IT market or another highly skilled industry;
• Resourceful approach to using professional networks and databases;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Experience working in global or international environments, ideally with a focus on European markets;
• Experience with diversity sourcing programs;
• Nice to have: Thrive within a collaborative, innovative team environment.
