• Own early-stage candidate engagement by sourcing top global talent across sales, marketing, game development, and other disciplines;
• Review incoming applications and prescreen candidates;
• Coordinate with recruiters to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies;
• Research and engage top-tier candidates through creative, personalized outreach;
• Conduct prescreen interviews to assess technical skills and culture add;
• Represent the company brand, vision, and values to candidates;
• Track and use data to improve hiring standards;
• Provide regular updates and sourcing reports to the recruitment team;
• Experiment with new ideas to improve hiring processes, including market mapping and talent research.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer;
• Experience sourcing talent across various disciplines and seniority levels in global markets;
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence;
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring teams;
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment;
• Data-driven approach to measuring success and refining strategies;
• Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple active roles;
• Nice to have: Experience in the game development industry, experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, experience using AI to improve hiring efficiency, experience working in a remote setting across different time zones, experience sourcing candidates through Chinese hiring platforms (e.g., BOSS, WeChat).
