Pay Range

Recruitment Consultant - Reed Southend (Business Support Temps)

Location: Southend-on-Sea

Desk Coverage: Romford & Ilford

Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following induction

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients across Romford and Ilford
• Growing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions

Finding and Engaging Talent

• Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing Business Support professionals
• Writing engaging job adverts and utilising multiple sourcing channels
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships within the local market
• Experienced Recruitment Consultants looking to grow an established temporary desk

Reed Southend is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Business Support division, managing a temporary recruitment desk across the Romford and Ilford areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm and growing desk, recruiting for a wide range of office support positions including Administrators, Customer Service Advisors, Receptionists, Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and other Business Support professionals. This role has become available due to office relocation, so expect to pick up warm clients and candidates.

Working with both existing and prospective clients, you'll build strong relationships, source high-quality candidates, and develop your market through a combination of account management and business development. This is a fast paced, rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to grow your desk and maximise your earning potential.
