Build and grow a portfolio of technology clients
Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
Source and place technology professionals across specialist markets
Develop long-term client and candidate relationships built on quality and trust
Achieve and exceed revenue targets with support from advertising and marketing teams
требования
Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or a similar professional market
A proven track record of developing client relationships and generating placements
Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach
Advanced communication, organisation and relationship-building skills

Base salary up to £40k plus uncapped commission
Up to £12k per year in personal incentives
