• Ensure an optimal candidate journey from selection and interviews through the offer stage;
• Advise business stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy throughout the recruiting process;
• Develop recruiting strategies for the assigned business;
• Manage recruiting channels and plan recruiting activities for target groups;
• Allocate and monitor the recruiting budget;
• Track recruiting-related KPIs;
• Contribute expertise to projects that optimize recruiting processes and systems.

• Successfully completed university degree;
• Experience in recruiting, especially conducting interviews;
• Organizational skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of complex tasks;
• Analytical skills to evaluate recruiting activities and derive suitable talent acquisition strategies;
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a confident, professional manner;
• Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
