- Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer acceptance
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure an excellent hiring experience
требования
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- English at B2–C1 level
