EPSA Procurement provides services across the procurement domain, including strategic procurement advice, interim procurement professionals, procurement process outsourcing, spend management, executive search, and talent development. It supports organizations in making their procurement functions more future-proof and effective.

• Own the full recruitment process and attract top talent to the growing organization
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, and social media
• Recruit professionals for starter, mid-level, and senior roles
• Set up recruitment campaigns and organize recruitment events
• Advise hiring managers on the best recruitment approach
• Strengthen employer branding with Marketing & Communications
• Analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and cost-per-hire
• Optimize recruitment processes and use AI tools to improve impact and candidate experience
• Connect candidates’ personalities, ambitions, and motivations with suitable roles
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for candidates and hiring managers

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Completed HBO education
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pools
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to look beyond CVs and identify the right match
• Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and modern recruitment strategies
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
• Good command of Dutch
