Recruiter in IT

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who knows the local Tbilisi job market and is confident in active sourcing, especially on LinkedIn. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and for building strong talent pipelines. • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and the internal database
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate screening
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarks for Georgia

• 1+ year of relevant IT recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of the Georgian labor market
• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray, talent mapping)
• Experience with direct search and cold outreach
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English and Georgian (spoken and written)
• Experience working with international teams
• Knowledge of other sourcing tools and job boards
