Microsoft AI is Microsoft's frontier AI lab. Its team works across pre- and post-training, multimodal AI, data, AI infrastructure, health AI, and future technologies, building teams that deliver state-of-the-art frontier models.

• Execute a 360 recruiting role
• Manage VP+ client groups, ideally in Research and/or Engineering, including global visionaries, founders, co-founders, and first-time managers
• Build and execute complex hiring strategies to attract top talent
• Craft bespoke closing strategies
• Hold technical conversations with candidates and client groups
• Work with local EU labor laws and compliance in close partnership with HRBPs
• Execute, unblock work, and operate effectively amid ambiguity
• Build from 0 to 1
• Network and build communities as part of the weekly workflow

• Experience working at a frontier lab or company and hiring highly sought-after AI Research and Engineering talent
• Experience managing VP+ client groups, ideally in Research and/or Engineering
• Ability to have technical conversations with candidates and client groups
• Experience with local EU labor laws and compliance, working closely with HRBPs
• A solid track record of execution, unblocking work, and handling ambiguity
• Experience building from 0 to 1
• Networking and community building are part of the weekly workflow
• Candidates must have proven experience in frontier environments; this is not a generalist AI/ML Recruiter role
