- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess both soft and hard skills.
- Guide candidates through the entire hiring process: from the first contact to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems
требования
- Experience in recruitment more than 3 years.
- Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work in international work enviroment
- Interest in Construction/Real Estate/Marketing/Fintech/IT industries
- Будет плюсом: Spoken Russian will be a plus
