• Source and screen candidates;

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Experience recruiting for diverse technical and non-technical roles;
• Skills in interviewing and hiring, including conducting assessments and making data-informed hiring recommendations;
• Skills in employer branding, including promoting the company’s value proposition across relevant channels;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates;
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), professional networks, and sourcing tools;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines with attention to detail;
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Nice to have: Previous experience in technology or startup recruitment, familiarity with BOT or offshore center models.
