задачи
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including profile definition, job advertising, CV screening, telephone, in-person and remote interviews, candidate feedback, and offer presentation;
- Collaborate on employer branding strategy activities;
- Ensure strong KPI performance in recruitment and selection processes;
- Support other cross-functional processes within the Talent area.
требования
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a similar relevant field;
- At least 3 years of consolidated experience independently conducting recruitment and selection processes;
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Collaborative and agile approach;
- Customer orientation;
- Nice to have: Spanish language skills.
