Servdebt manages and recovers credits in Portugal as an authorized and supervised Credit Manager operating under strict regulatory, governance, compliance, internal control, and customer and debtor protection standards. The company develops responsible and sustainable solutions in the financial sector.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including profile definition, job advertising, CV screening, telephone, in-person and remote interviews, candidate feedback, and offer presentation;
• Collaborate on employer branding strategy activities;
• Ensure strong KPI performance in recruitment and selection processes;
• Support other cross-functional processes within the Talent area.

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a similar relevant field;
• At least 3 years of consolidated experience independently conducting recruitment and selection processes;
• Results-oriented mindset;
• Collaborative and agile approach;
• Customer orientation;
• Nice to have: Spanish language skills.
