Recruiter

The Staffing Guild is an HR Consulting firm operating in the UK and India. We are experts in Workplace Consulting, Recruitment and Learning & Development. We are currently engaged in building a global platform of trainers, recruiters, coaches and consultants providing sustainable consulting solutions to local businesses and connecting them with local talent, helping relieve a global talent shortage.

• Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team.

• Interest or Exposure to HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple recruitment processes.
• A Learning Mindset.

• The role is 6 months long.
• There is no associated stipend with this internship.
• A total of 6-10 work hours per week are required for this role.
• Hands-on experience in core HR functions.
• Insight into recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding processes.
