People Services Specialist for clinical research

Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global Contract Resource Organization focused on high-quality clinical research and helping bring life-changing therapies to patients around the world.

• Maintain accurate employee data in the HCM system and process workforce transactions on time
• Support employees throughout the employment lifecycle, including documentation management, onboarding, registration, deregistration, and separation
• Respond to People Services inquiries and resolve help cases within established service levels
• Administer employee benefits and leave programs in accordance with local requirements and policies
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on remuneration activities, one-time payments, and payroll-related processes
• Guide managers and People team members on workforce management policies, procedures, and transactional HR processes
• Generate reports, manage employee data for compliance, and maintain the integrity of HR systems and records
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in an HR, administrative, or operational support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of HR workforce administration, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes
• Experience with Workday HCM or a comparable Human Capital Management system
• Strong attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive employee and payroll-related information
• Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze information, apply sound judgment, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Proficient in English (B1)

• The role is open to candidates based in Serbia, Croatia, or Romania
