EPAM Systems’ People Team supports the Czech and Slovak entities, covering people management and operations for about 400 employees.

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, labor-law-related queries, and day-to-day people topics
• Support employees and managers throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify HR processes and documentation using AI tools and HR system functionality
• Participate in regional and global HR projects and implement HR tools and systems
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and prepare regular HR reports and data analyses
• Contribute to organizing events and ESG initiatives
• Back up the HR Operations Specialist, covering core HR operations tasks during absences or peak periods
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Mobility, and other teams to ensure a consistent employee experience

• 4+ Years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Advisor, or HR Generalist; less experienced candidates with strong potential and motivation to grow are encouraged to apply
• Interest in and openness to process automation, AI tools, and HR technology
• Good working knowledge of Excel and comfort working with HR data
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach
• Strong ownership of quality outcomes and ability to work autonomously
• Team player, open to change, and interested in continuous learning
• Knowledge of the Czech Labor Code and regulations
• Fluent English, written and spoken
