IT recruiter

Can you find the right IT candidates? Boolean strings, semantic searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and X-Ray searches are part of your everyday work? Then we should get to know each other. indivHR is a specialized IT recruitment consultancy based in Vienna. We support companies in Germany and Austria in filling demanding IT positions—from Cloud, Infrastructure and Cyber Security to SAP, Software Development, Data & AI and IT Management. To support our team, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (Freelance, Remote) (m/f/d) to independently identify and professionally approach candidates.

• Independently search for suitable IT candidates for our search assignments
• Develop and optimize search strategies (Boolean, X-Ray Search, Semantic Search, etc.)
• Conduct active sourcing using modern recruiting and research tools
• Individually approach potential candidates for an initial contact
• Conduct virtual initial interviews to assess candidates' professional and personal suitability
• Assess suitability based on the requirements profile and prepare structured interview notes
• Present suitable candidates to the recruiting team
• Document activities in our ATS and sourcing tool
• Coordinate closely with the recruiting team on search strategy, target profiles and search progress

• At least 3 years of proven experience in IT recruiting, including active sourcing (essential)
• Experience approaching IT specialists and executives
• Experience conducting structured virtual interviews
• Ability to confidently assess candidates professionally and personally and evaluate their suitability in a clear, evidence-based way
• Very good technical understanding and a strong feel for IT roles and tech stacks
• Confident use of modern sourcing techniques
• Experience with Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and semantic search
• Structured and independent working style
• Business-fluent German (at least C1/C2) is essential
• Good English skills
