• Gather the profile and analyze the job description with the Project Managers;
• Post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct first-stage interviews, and support technical interviews with the client, using an ATS and promoting a positive experience at every stage of the process;
• Actively search on LinkedIn;
• Follow up on the onboarding and integration of all talent;
• Participate in client visits, job fairs, and other networking events.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management, or equivalent education (required);
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT recruitment (required);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (required);
• Strong empathy and communication skills;
• Good time management and a good pace of work;
• Proactivity, a positive outlook, and the ability to analyze in detail;
