HR Specialist

Intergo Telecom is a licensed telecom operator and CPaaS provider based in Paphos. We run SMS.to, Telxi, ActiveCalls and TextCall, and serve enterprise clients in iGaming, fintech and forex across Europe and beyond. We are a team of around 40 people from many countries.

You will own the day-to-day HR of the company together with our HR Manager: recruitment, contracts, onboarding, employee records and the people processes that keep a 40-person team running well. You will also organise our participation in industry conferences and our internal company events.

This is an HR role first. Events and office come second. We use AI tools across HR and recruiting and expect you to do the same.

Human resources

• Manage the full recruitment process in Workable, from creating job ads and building the pipeline to AI-assisted and phone screening, interviews, candidate communication, and headhunting top talent.
• Draft employment and contractor agreements, offers and HR letters
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, leave and attendance
• Coordinate performance check-ins and 1:1s and keep the process on track
• Handle Social Insurance, Labour Office and HRDA (ANAD) paperwork and training grants
• Support HR policies and be the first point of contact for employee questions

Events and operations

• Organise our conference participation (booth, provider, travel, accommodation)
• Plan internal company events
• Keep the office running smoothly

• 2–4 years in HR in Cyprus
• Working knowledge of Cyprus employment law and HR administration (contracts, leave, Social Insurance)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Greek and English, fluent written and spoken
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in daily work
• Strong organization skills, can run several things at once and get the details right
• Discreet with confidential information
• Willing to travel occasionally for conferences
• Experience with Workable, Mirro or another ATS / HR system
• Experience organizing trade shows or B2B conferences
• Telecom or tech industry background

• CCAT assessment. A short online test of problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Final interview with our CEO. A chance to discuss your vision for HR and how you’d fit with the team.

The whole process takes about two weeks.
