HR operations manager in fintech

The company operates a hybrid on-chain banking platform combining blockchain infrastructure with traditional financial rails. Through a single app, users can hold, transfer, and spend crypto and fiat globally, with access to wealth-generation tools and premium lifestyle services. It is a fast-growing, remote-first team of 110+ people across 20+ countries.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Prepare and maintain offers, service contracts, amendments, and other team member documentation
• Prepare the monthly payroll list accurately and submit payment instructions to Finance on time
• Own BambooHR, keep records accurate, and improve workflows where they can be simpler
• Keep HR processes documented, close gaps, and ensure they are applied consistently
• Act as the main point of contact for team members’ everyday HR questions and route other questions to the right person
• Work with InfoSec to apply security policies and controls across onboarding, access management, security awareness training, role changes, and offboarding
• Support employee experience initiatives alongside the HR lead and Head of Operations Excellence
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and hiring managers, and schedule interviews when needed
• Pull basic HR reports from BambooHR, including headcount, turnover, and team data, on request

• 3–5 Years of hands-on HR operations experience, independently owning the employee lifecycle, including offers, contracts, amendments, onboarding, and offboarding
• Startup experience in a fast-moving environment, not only a corporate environment
• Experience supporting a fully remote, international team across multiple countries and time zones
• High accuracy in preparing contracts and employee records without line-by-line review
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with reliable ownership, fast execution, clear communication, empathy, discretion, and a continuous-improvement mindset
• Будет плюсом: experience in FinTech or another regulated environment, BambooHR or a similar HRIS, contractor/service agreement team models, working with InfoSec on access management and security controls

• Service Agreement
• Compensation of up to 5,000 USD/month
• Time zone: ±3 hours from Dubai (UTC+1 to UTC+7)
