HR generalist in fintech

TradingView is a financial analysis and charting platform used by more than 100 million users across 180+ countries. It provides tools for traders and investors, including advanced charting, market data, collaboration, and publishing features.

• Support the end-to-end payroll process and ensure accurate, timely payments
• Coordinate with the external payroll partner and submit accurate data on time
• Track and communicate employee hires, terminations, and contract variations to the payroll provider
• Maintain employee records and data integrity
• Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters, with guidance on complex cases
• Support compliance with UK labor regulations, local labor laws, and company policies
• Support right-to-work verification and track international employees’ visa and immigration status
• Administer employee benefits and respond to day-to-day queries from benefit vendors
• Support annual salary and bonus review processes
• Lead employee onboarding, including preparing equipment, accounts, and induction materials
• Support offboarding, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval
• Respond to employee inquiries about payslips, tax, and leave management
• Coordinate internal HR communications and announcements
• Organize office events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage office supplies, including snacks, drinks, and other essentials
• Support the administrative management of diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Support compliance with mandatory legal standards
• Monitor and report workplace diversity metrics and maintain D&I and equality documentation
• Maintain a database of hiring, termination, salary, and employee-change history
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on turnover, absenteeism, and headcount growth
• Use HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
• Coordinate with the Jira team to adapt the platform to HR needs, particularly workflow automation
• Support the annual HR audit and ensure employee files and documentation are complete and compliant
• Verify that historical data, salary changes, and contracts align with legal requirements and internal policies

• At least 3–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
• Good working knowledge of UK labor law and payroll procedures
• Experience supporting or administering employee benefits
• High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
• Fluent English at a professional level
