You are an experienced executive / senior leadership recruiter with a proven track record of driving organisational change at pace, creating structure out of ambiguity, role modeling TA best practice, and leading complex end-to-end leadership searches.You have significant experience recruiting senior leaders across engineering, product, data and/or design within a product-led technology company, with particular expertise in engineering leadership recruitment.Proven ability to operate as a trusted adviser to senior leaders..You consistently deliver an exceptional experience for candidates.Experience in org design, leveling, and location strategy.Experience designing and auditing global recruitment processes.Demonstrated expertise in pioneering AI-driven talent solutions and advanced mapping techniques.Ways of working:
