driver recruiter in trucking

GFS GROUP LLC is an American over-the-road (OTR) trucking and logistics company. We’re growing our fleet and looking for a recruiter who can find and hire great CDL drivers.

• Source CDL-A drivers through job boards, social media, Telegram/Facebook groups, referrals, and cold outreach
• Screen candidates by phone: experience, license, endorsements, MVR, availability
• Explain our pay, routes, equipment, and benefits clearly and honestly
• Schedule interviews and run candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Keep the applicant tracking records accurate and up to date
• Work with Safety and Dispatch to make sure each hire meets DOT/FMCSA requirements
• Track your numbers: leads, hires, time-to-hire, and retention

• Experience in recruiting, ideally driver recruiting
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, honest style
• Comfortable making many calls and messages every day
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Organized, self-driven, and good at following up
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of the trucking industry (OTR, CDL-A, HOS, ELD) is a big plus, but we’ll train the right person; Russian and/or Uzbek is an advantage
