• Adapt CVs and cover letters to meet the expectations of international recruiters
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles for job searches
• Review job openings against clients’ backgrounds, identify employer expectations, assess client fit, and help position their experience effectively
• Prepare clients for interviews, conduct mock interviews, and provide actionable feedback
• Advise clients on offer negotiations and career growth within a company

• Hands-on experience with international hiring as a recruiter, HR professional, or hiring manager in the US, UK, or European markets
• Ability to write CVs and LinkedIn content in English, independently or in collaboration with an editor
• Ability to assess specific job openings against an individual’s experience rather than offer generic job-market advice
• Availability to meet with clients across different time zones
