• Communicate with candidates
• Participate in the recruitment process
• Work closely with the Academic and HR teams
• Help talented teachers find their place
• Learn how recruitment really works behind the scenes

• Strong communication and detailed organizational skills
• High level of English (at least 7.5 IELTS with confident and solid speaking skills)
• Genuine interest in recruitment, education, and talent acquisition
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
