• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications;
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables;
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution using appropriate tools;
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and requirement alignment;
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations;
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational quality standards;
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and ensure testing strategies align with new features and updates.

• 2+ Years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with Salesforce applications;
• Salesforce Administrator certification;
• English proficiency at B2 or higher;
• Knowledge of Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation;
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and bug tracking systems;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to create and execute test cases, identify edge cases, and maintain test documentation;
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
• Nice to have: Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar), knowledge of Apex test classes and Salesforce metadata, background in working with EU/US/UAE clients, Salesforce QA-specific experience.
