Test Analyst / QA Engineer (manual)

• Derive test cases from business requirements and conduct structured and exploratory testing
• Secure money-related processes first, establish a binding quality gate in the pipeline, then build an automated regression suite and monitoring that surfaces errors before customers report them
• Build a structure that enables development and product teams to maintain quality themselves over time
• Test manually where analysis is required and automate repetitive testing

• Two to four years of experience testing digital products
• Recognize conflicts between requirements, implementation, and customer expectations
• Confidently use apps, APIs, and test data; understand Git-based processes and CI/CD
• Be open to AI-powered tools and Agentic-Coding workflows
• Have a high degree of ownership and be willing to stand by findings, even when they are uncomfortable
• Fluent German and English
