sdet engineer (auto) for Web3 applications

Startale Group is building StartaleApp, a next-generation Web3 application that combines blockchain and DeFi functionality in a single user experience. The platform spans frontend apps, backend services, blockchain integrations, smart contracts, wallets, tokens, and on-chain protocols.

• Design, build, and evolve the quality engineering platform and testing architecture
• Build and maintain reusable testing frameworks, shared libraries, fixtures, and developer tooling
• Design and implement AI-assisted quality workflows using LLMs for test generation, maintenance, and failure analysis
• Build comprehensive automated test suites for APIs, backend services, frontend apps, blockchain interactions, and Web3 flows
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD with fast feedback, quality gates, and optimized test execution
• Develop automated load, stress, endurance, and resilience testing, and validate system behavior under degraded conditions

• 5+ Years in SDET, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering roles
• Strong software engineering skills with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience designing testing architecture for complex distributed systems and building scalable automation frameworks
• Strong experience with end-to-end frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress and testing APIs (REST, JSON-RPC, GraphQL, WebSocket)
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD and working with Docker/containerized testing environments
• Experience designing and implementing performance, load, and reliability testing and applying observability for production debugging
• Будет плюсом: Professional experience testing Web3 applications, blockchain infrastructure, or DeFi protocols, strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, wallets, tokens, RPCs, and on-chain transaction flows, experience testing DeFi flows (swaps, liquidity, staking, lending) and using blockchain testing frameworks or local networks, experience designing AI-assisted testing systems or integrating LLMs into QA workflows, experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure, experience with observability platforms such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
