Salesforce QA engineer (manual)

At Amaris Consulting, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join an international technology project. We are seeking someone who combines strong manual testing expertise with practical test automation experience and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where testing priorities evolve.

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate Salesforce business workflows, custom objects, Flows, validation rules, and permissions.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud functionalities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated regression test suites.
• Expand automation coverage and support test framework maintenance and refactoring.
• Perform REST API testing and validate integrations using Postman or similar tools.
• Use SQL/SOQL for data validation and defect investigation.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, release testing, and continuous QA improvements.

• 3+ years of professional Software QA experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce QA experience.
• Strong manual functional, regression, and integration testing skills.
• Practical professional experience developing or maintaining automated tests.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Good understanding of REST API testing and SQL/SOQL.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to independently design test scenarios, investigate defects, and support release quality.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Flexibility to switch between manual and automated testing depending on project priorities.
