As an RF Test Engineer (Ground Segment), you will play a key role in the integration, validation, and testing of satellite communication systems that enable reliable connectivity for satellite operators worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure RF compatibility, system performance and mission readiness.

• Perform RF compatibility testing between ground segment systems and satellites
• Support integration and validation of new features and services
• Configure, operate, and maintain RF test equipment
• Manage customer-provided hardware (e.g. transceivers, engineering models)
• Develop and execute test procedures and produce technical test reports
• Collaborate with software, DSP, and operations teams
• Provide technical support to customers during RF test campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in RF or telecommunications engineering
• Experience with satellite communication systems or ground segment operations
• Strong understanding of RF systems and testing methodologies
• Experience in working with with Linux/Ubuntu environments
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of RF test equipment and measurement techniques
• Python scripting skills
• Familiarity with Safran tools (CRT, CORTEX, NURON, SATCORE)
• Experience working with international customer
• Previous experience in technical coordination, project leadership, or team leadership

• Salary range: €35,000-40,000 gross annual salary
