• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements;
• Perform manual testing of web applications, including usability, functionality, and performance;
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools;
• Collaborate with developers, network engineers, and product managers to define and uphold quality standards;
• Execute regression and end-to-end testing scenarios;
• Validate integrations between systems, services, and telecom network components;
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, telecom regulations, and industry requirements;
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and review sessions;
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• 3+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing;
• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is mandatory;
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices;
• Knowledge of REST API and WebSocket services;
• Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS);
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git);
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and concepts;
• Ability to write clear, detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
• Nice to have: understanding of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) technologies, hands-on experience with telecommunications protocols (RADIUS, Diameter), experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Kibana, ELK Stack, Splunk), familiarity with telecom standards and regulatory frameworks.
