• Perform functional and non-functional testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications;
• Test user interfaces and APIs/web services;
• Analyze requirements and work with design mockups;
• Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, checklists, test cases, use cases, and other test documentation;
• Establish QA processes from scratch on projects;
• Prepare quality reports and metrics;
• Estimate testing efforts and tasks;
• Mentor team members.

• Strong hands-on experience with functional and non-functional testing;
• Experience working in the FinTech domain;
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of QA;
• Practical experience with databases;
• Experience with bug tracking and test management systems;
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Scrum-Kanban;
• Proficiency with Browser Developer Tools, Fiddler, and online testing services;
• Understanding of CI/CD systems and processes;
• Knowledge of common information system architectures;
• Understanding of virtualization and containerization concepts, including VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, and Docker;
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, cloud providers, and related services;
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and TCP/IP;
• Spoken English level B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience managing a team or acting as a QA Lead, knowledge of modern AI tools and practical experience using them in day-to-day work.
