• Work with Developers and Product Managers to define and refine acceptance criteria;

• Use logs, database queries, and browser tools for root-cause analysis;
• Document reported issues clearly and make them actionable;
• Explore new features, consult documentation, and independently establish testing strategies;
• Initiate discussions, ask clarifying questions in team channels, and advocate for quality standards;
• Explore and break systems to strengthen them;
• Improve internal QA processes.

• Proven experience in fast-paced product companies;
• Experience in agile tech environments;
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently without high-level supervision;
• Proactive communication skills;

• Curiosity about complex backend systems and user-facing interfaces;
• High proficiency with Postman and Charles Proxy;
• Experience with browser DevTools;
