QA engineer (manual) for payment solutions

• Own quality assurance within cross-functional product teams
• Design and maintain test strategies for functional, UI, API, integration, and exploratory testing
• Validate web interfaces across devices, screen sizes, and browsers with pixel-level accuracy
• Ensure test coverage for API flows using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and automation hooks when needed
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to define quality expectations and shift testing left
• Write reusable test cases and detailed bug reports
• Review and improve test documentation, coverage, and regression practices across releases
• Improve QA processes, tools, and team workflows

• 3+ Years of experience in manual and semi-automated testing of web applications
• 2+ Years of hands-on API testing experience, including authentication flows, error handling, and payload validation
• Experience testing payment systems, transactional flows, and basic third-party integrations
• Experience with responsive design testing, browser developer tools, network analysis, and cross-platform validation
• Knowledge of Postman, Chrome DevTools, Swagger, and test management systems such as TestRail or Xray
• Understanding of frontend–backend architecture, including REST APIs, session handling, and data flows
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend consistency checks
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile development processes, including Scrum and Kanban
• A strong pixel-perfect mindset and ability to identify visual and behavioral UI issues
• Proactive and analytical, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership
