QA engineer (manual) for Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Own test planning, execution, defect management, and regression testing activities across D365 F&O projects
• Design, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scenarios for business-critical processes and integrations.
• Work closely with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to validate requirements, identify issues, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Support release readiness, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities while providing clear updates on testing progress and risks.
• Contribute to testing standards, automation practices, and quality processes across the organization
• Improve test coverage, test efficiency, automation practices, and overall solution quality across projects.

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation
• Experience testing ERP or enterprise business applications, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Hands-on experience with Leapwork and/or test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar
• Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain defects, risks, and testing progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
